Customer Positions

I have worked in different customer faced positions for about 3 years along side with responsibilities of recording complaints from the customers, resolving issues, noting the feedback from customers,give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns, also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
