As the Lead Behavioral Technician, I ensure that all site employees' implementation of the program is followed with integrity, including clinical sessions, curriculum and instruction, and physical fitness. I run weekly professional development on social-emotional groups as well as train all new employees. I am an instructor of Professional Crisis Management and run training to certify new and existing employees throughout the year. I conduct weekly meetings with my staff to discuss their professional growth plans and discuss student behavior plans. I work closely with my Site Administrator and will attend IEP meetings for students when necessary. I collect and report monthly data based on student attendance, behaviors, staff data, etc. I oversee all crisis situations on campus and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and district staff.
