Qualifications

Professional painter in all aspects of Aviation, Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties to include experience in:

Operating all types of spray equipment, airless, pot and compressed air sprayers

Applied finishes: epoxy coating, primers and finishes, polyurethanes, multi-color wall coatings

Prepping, sanding, patch work, tape and mask-off

Operating all types of lifts: Boom, Aerial, Scissors lifts

Ability to read blueprints and engineering documentation

Ability to safely perform preparation, painting, and detailing of aircraft

Coordinate with supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality inspection

Mentor other members of Paint operations as required to ensure tasks are completed smoothly, on schedule and meet 6S standards.

Assist Service Center paint shop supervisor coordinate all paint shop activities when needed or in his absence.

Capable of performing work independently or as a team

Ability to inspect pain job to ensure customer satisfaction

Take pride of quality and performance of product

Possess knowledge and understanding of work orders and aircraft status information to help execute work accordingly.
