Job Responsibilities: As a QA / QC Engineer

Inspection and assuring quality for all Structural, Architectural & MEP works.

Implementation of Project Quality Plan – (PQP), Quality Assurance Procedures- (QAP) & Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) & Method Statements (MS).

Extensive experience in Quality Control Inspections- Buildings, Landscaping (Hard & Soft Landscaping) and Irrigation Works.

To assist production personnel in establishing the Quality Standards on site in line with the Client & Consultant Quality Objective, requirements, and satisfaction.

To assist the site Engineers to resolve the quality related problems.

Understanding of detail Design Drawings, Shop drawing, QCS 2014 and Technical Specifications

To Ensure Effective Preparation & Implementation of check list.

Inspection of work prior to submission of Work Inspection Request (WIR) for Consultants Approval. Ensuring Effective Inspection & Testing Plan carried out as per the Technical Specifications, Drawings, Submittals, and PQP etc.

Checking / Inspection of Irrigation Pipeline Network, Pipelines with Fittings and Mech. Fittings like Solenoid Valves / Controllers, Gate Valves, Timers and Valve chambers etc.

Pressure Test Checking for Main & Sub main Water supply Pipelines, Irrigation Pipelines and Gravity Test for Drainage Lines.

To ensure all inspection / testing required are carried out and approved procedures prior covering up of any activity.

To ensure that all measuring and testing devices being used on this project where required are calibrated periodically against certified standard equipment.

To follow-up closely the NCR / NCN issued and implementation for its agreed disposition and submitting CAR to close out the NCRs with Consultant.

To ensure proper and effective co-ordination is developed with the Consultant related to inspection and quality control.

To ensure off-site inspection / material inspections are managed properly when required.

To coordinate with Consultant’s Engineer and contractor to resolve quality related problems on site.

To ensure effective implementation of the check list / inspection by the contractors and sub - contractors in connection with query matters and to resolve quality related problems on site.

Checking of sub - contractors works and issuing of snag list.

Passing and approval of works after De snagging.

Implementing of Handing Over procedure for final handing over to the Client / Consultant.
