Recent occupation...2017-2023 night tow dispatcher ..duties consisted of answering multi phone lines getting info needed to help the stranded customer getting payment as needed collecting insurance info working with law enforcement on rotations whether it were for arrests accidents etc then dispatching any and all info to appropriate tow driver in the 3 counties we had trucks based out of .
