Software Development Engineer - Minneapolis, MN July 2022 - Present

- Built and launched a web application for Amazon transportation and logistics to connect Amazon fleets managements and fulfillment centers with external vendors. The application currently handles over 15,000 work requests per week in North America and over 800 per week in Europe, saving Amazon over 50 million USD costs annually.

- Devised design plan and implemented a document sharing system for Amazon and external vendors that minimized the ambiguities of the requirements for work requests and simplified the documents exchanging process.

- Designed and developed a notification system by which users can subscribe to work requests for status changes, reduced the overall work requests closing time for faster asset reactivation.

- Implement backend, frontend, and unit test code in Java, Kotlin, Python, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS technologies.

Client: A Fortune 500 Company - Global leader in water, hygiene, and technologies

- Built two classifiers to help the client's sales representatives better prioritize the reaching-out order of new sales leads and promote the right product to the right customers using Python, Pandas, scikit- learn, LightGBM and other machine learning and data processing tools. The classifiers achieved accuracies of 0.66 AUC and 0.93 AUC.

- Spearheaded the design of a reporting dashboard, associated data pipeline using Power BI and gathered presentation for the client.
