Position/Title: Project Manager involved in PMO (Technical Project Manager)

Primary Responsibilities:

Currently engaged in managing multiple infrastructure and real estate projects including a new behavioral Health Unit.

Achieving excellent quality service to the client

Successfully completed new (over $14 Million) state of the art emergency department project which included entire new IT Network closet, new UPS, Stepdown, racked Cisco Catalyst Switch, Telecom cabling, integrated overhead paging, new Cisco VoIP phones, end user devices PCs, Printers, scanners, Medical Monitors, Nurse call, Integrated behavior Health unit, security cameras, automatic keypad secured doors. This project provided Medstar client to expand their patient care business to all Southern Maryland community.

Successfully Completed Microsoft Office 365 implementation and migration from legacy exchange for entire MedStar organization. With this project new and modern technology was implemented and legacy end of life exchange system was decommissioned, saving the customer maintenance cost.

Successfully completed numerous real state and ambulatory and new acquisition projects, project include new build of IT closet, entire new network installation, and all new end users devices, PCs, printers, scanners, medical equipment, providing the client ability to expand their healthcare business across southern Maryland and District of Columbia metropolitan.
