Inspect then pack vessels and vials into trays, crates, box's, totes, cartons and then onto pallets, carts or racks.

This is done in level 1 partially environmental controlled filling-out-room wearing PPI equipment: safety glasses,

e Filled bins with caps and vials plus changed labels, ribbons and hot stamps with appropriate lot batch number and

expiration date of the current order.

e Cleaned countertops and Herma vessel labelling machines with 70% IPA and bleach, filled out daily order

logbook which included cleaning information as well as startline, endline clearance documentation and kept

rooms and hallways clean utilizing 5-S method.

e Had ongoing SOP training and quizzes to be completed.

e cGMP, cGDP and cGLP standards followed and met
