Responsible for driving sales revenues, building long-term client relationships, and developing customer solutions.

• Build relationships with attorneys, banks, brokers, and builders to promote title and settlement services.

• Examine titles searches, determine proper vesting, find all valid liens of record and issue short form policies, when appropriate.

• Order and update title commitments, deeds, out-of-trust and surveys.

• Implement various underwriting decisions regarding title issues.

• Responsible for reviewing various surveys and documentation concerning property encroachment and various title issues.

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, mortgage brokers, banks, loan officers, processors and building construction contractors to deliver in-person and over-the-phone service.

• Collaborate with closing services staff to schedule, confirm, and call for figures on closings for both residential and commercial properties.

• Prepare closing statements and all related documents/reports.

• Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and proofread bills.

• Responsible for training closing, post-closing, and funding departments, as well as mobile closers for outside closings.
