Primarily responsible for Macys Union Sq site. This site contained up to Five thousand DID phone numbers and Three thousand Phone mail users spread across Five buildings.

Creation and supervision of Call processor mailboxes covering Store, Corporate and executive offices.

Supervised Low Voltage vendors on remodel and new store construction in the NorCal area.

The Union Sq site was supported by up 100 POTS lines used for Fire, Burglar Emergency backup

And Emergency command centers.

Support of these POTS lines routinely required scheduling vendor meets with AT&T and Macys Techs .
