Perform a monthly, and yearly PM for equipment, such as (checking each

station, lubricate the bearings, check the outlets, cords, e-stops, and guards,

replace filters, and change the gearbox drive unit’s oil, check the overflow

sensors, RTD, and make sure there are no excessive heats on motors…).

Repair plumbing issues exist in the tanks and make sure there are no solution

leaks at any station.

Wire and replace any filter or circulating bad pumps founded in the lines.

Set up and change over, replace and adjust reels, restarting, clear

jams, and troubleshoot the machines, verify the Set up to the QIP,

packing and printing labels, conduct the 5S.
