To ensure the adoption of all safety measures before the execution of dismantling inspection and maintenance activities to avoid any minor and major mishap.

Manage the overall maintenance activities in coordination with the Operations.

To plan and organize the maintenance and improvement of the plant equipment’s Gas Turbine, HRSG and Steam Turbine Generator as per required standard and provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Provide Maintenance Supervision for mechanical discipline

To oversee and direct routine and preventive maintenance planning activities and ensure that all maintenance activities are in compliance with client strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and environmental requirements).

Produces Annual Integrated Plant Preventive Maintenance Plan in liaison with all other sections in the plant and participate in identifying and executing improvement opportunities and action plans based on actual performance.

Prepare of short term plans for system reinforcement, diversion, modification and upgrading.

Approve schedules and coordinates weekly/monthly outage plan for maintenance works with O&M Sections.

Manage the day-to-day work performed by all direct reports. Manage the budget allocation for the Section on an on-going basis. Perform periodic performance appraisals for direct reports.
