PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY
As Project Manager, Michael Lynch will control all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring an enjoyable and rewarding overall experience for the owner throughout the project and beyond its completion. He will be responsible for project management, cost schedules, systems selection, construction technology and the construction team. Mr. Lynch will provide consistent communication and coordination with the owner and the architect to meet the schedule and budget. He also will be responsible for clearly defining the project goals for the Project Team, which includes all personnel, project consultants, trade contractors, and suppliers.
EXPERIENCE
Michael Lynch has over 21 years experience in the construction industry. This includes seven years of military construction, specializing in military healthcare facilities. He is certified by the American Hospital Association as a Certified Healthcare Constructor. Mr. Lynch has additional areas of expertise in quality control, NFPA 101 and 99 compliance, EPA compliance, land development, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, customer service, operations management, cost control, subcontractor negotiations and management, and procurement.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – $43M / 142,000 SF Troop Medical Clinic and Related Utilities; Ft. Bliss, TX – Recipient of the U.S. Army Achievement Award for Quality and Service
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – $43M / 142,000 SF Troop Medical Clinic and Related Utilities; Ft. Bliss, TX, Flood Damage Restoration: Scope included isolation of the affected area from the remainder of the clinic, approx. 35,000sf, including isolation of utilities; clean up; remediation, mold prevention and testing; establishing and maintaining negative and positive pressure areas; coordination between USACE, contractors, Beaumont Hospital, insurance companies, furnishings and equipment vendors, security and maintaining uninterrupted operation of the facility. Cost was in excess of $3 million and was completed in under 3 months, which was ahead of schedule. Beaumont Hospital was very pleased with the initial response, coordination and the completed restoration.
