CRM database and workflow management supporting advisors with client services including scanning and electronic file management. Prepare and follow through with wire transfers, ACH transfers, trading and all client correspondence.

Onboarding of new clients, preparation of documentation needed to open various types of investment vehicles through a custodial platform and utilizing DocuSign and electronic transfers as well as transfers of stock from previous investment advisor accounts.

Maintaining client confidentiality, and trust in management of their wealth and keeping them informed of all aspects that have an impact on their investment portfolio.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls for the Waltham office of over 300 home office employees and the backup operator for all 9 corporate offices across the country. Receive and sort all incoming mail and ready for delivery. Log all incoming checks from mail and interoffice mail for the accounts receivable department. Reconcile select vendor receipts for billing department. Document scanning as requested for filing, Framing professional certificates saving the company the cost of professional framing. Answer and direct incoming calls for employees with a phone bank of 100 lines. Responsible for directing calls based on project location or client needs. Screen cold calls and sales calls. Direct leads for new business to appropriate departments. Greet clients and manage conference rooms as well as plan luncheons and refreshments as needed. Develop customer service department for new telecommunications company. Responsible for customer service problems, billing and ongoing telecommunications needs. Involved in all local and long distance carriers negotiations relating to servicing and working with upper level management to assure quality service and timely response to customers. The business was sold to a larger telecommunications company and all jobs were terminated.
