Program manager responsible for the Combat Apertures business area. Led the business area with as many as seven different programs at any given time including classified and non-classified programs totaling $60M in business with over 60 full time employees. Responsible for all orders, sales and profit within the business area. Programs were focused on Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) technology and (Spell Out) ESM antennas. Responsible for all aspects of the program from customer interface, proposal capture lead through final deliveries and program close-out.

Program manager for the Advanced Dynamic Transmit Array (ADTRA) program valued at $30M. The program was to provide 2-18GHz high power transmit AESAs to the Air Force Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF) for use in testing Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. As program manager

responsible for earned value, cost, schedule, and technical content for the program.

Program manager for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) program valued at $25M. Responsible for the design, demonstration, and delivery of a Mid-Band and High-Band wide bandwidth high power AESAs within cost and schedule constraints. Responsible for all aspects of the program including finance, contracts and an engineering team of over 30 engineers and scientists.

Responsible for new business within the Combat aperture business area. Acted as the lead business development liaison between customers and the business area. Responsible for generating white papers, RFIs, requirements, presenting Independent Research and Development (IRAD) ideas, and securing discretionary resources with upper management to run the business area.

Lead RF/Antenna Engineer L3Harris Technologies (Palm Bay, FL) Feb 1983 to Jan 2007

Lead RF project engineer for a high efficiency Low -Band 300MHz buoy transmitter. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical content of the program. Led a team of 10 engineers, including RF, antenna, mechanical, power supply and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to develop the technology delivering the product on time

RF Project engineer for Light Weight Multi-Band Tri-Band satellite dish terminals. Responsible for generating cost, schedule, manufacturing and test of satellite dish terminals

Responsible for RF Systems analysis and RF component design for space, aerospace, and ground systems. Systems analysis included system Transmit and Receive link budgets. Performed component designs of GaAs amplifiers, GaAs phase shifters, hybrid filters, beamformers, switches, power dividers and high density packaging technique
