Responsible for the preparation of annual staff performance evaluations; programmatic budgets and subcontractor invoicing; and data reports to funding agencies.

Establish, maintain and coordinate a successful provider network of subcontracted agencies to implement programmatic grant activities and ensure contractual compliance.

Serve as a member of CNMC/HIV Services’ Quality Management Committee responsible for the development and implementation of quality management and improvement initiatives.
