Senior Agile Project Manager/Senior Scrum Master –

Web Base UI Project – Was responsible for initial exploratory project investigation, scope definition, project proposal, bid and SOW with small team. Identified the client Subject Matter Experts for requirements and scope determination. Worked closely with the client stakeholders to ascertain that team was staying on track with their expectations.

Was responsible for determining needed project resources and determination of projects costs as well as writing Statement of Work to be presented to customer.

Held regular Agile ceremonies daily standup, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint demonstration and sprint retrospective.

Collaborated with client management/stakeholders reporting weekly status, discussions of project direction, risks, dependencies, and co-ordination with client’s IT department.

Data Warehouse/Reporting – Picked up existing project for implementation of data warehouse and reporting system. Project was behind schedule, struggled with scope creep and in danger of missing agreed upon delivery date.

Assessed the project backlog with the team leads and architect to determine what the impact of the requested changes from the client were to the project and the project deliverable dates. The result of this assessment was presented to the client as a starting point for review of the deliverable dates.

Based on the assessment and recommendations of the team a new set of deliverable dates were negotiated for the data warehouse and the reporting system.

Established solid relationship with stakeholders and stakeholder management so that there was clear communication with the team and the client as the project moved forward.

Led a team of 3 analysts managing and troubleshooting incoming data from North America, Europe, and Latin America.
