• Directed development of first product strategy for Ford AP, analytically driven with identified roadmap of product actions to close gap from current market share and revenue to achieve Ford business targets.

• Developed first Ford Asia commercial vehicle strategy including plans for Ford first exports from China. Led team in delivery of the plan to launch first Transit exports
