• Assigned to replace the New Home Consultant approximately three (3) years ago in Cinco Ranch selling the Renaissance Collection, which is Village Builders largest collection of homes ranging in size from 4300 sq. ft. to over 5000 sq. ft. with prices from $500K to over $600K. Turned around the margins in these homes from being a product that was losing money to a “very profitable" product.

• Extensive sales experience along with my formal education (in the Mental Health field) has enabled me to be successful in every community I have sold in.

Sold and closed out in a gated, golf course/lake community over the course of six (6) years, with homes ranging in price from the low $200’s to the $300’s. “Top Producer” for the last five (5) consecutive years selling over $13 million and closing over $12 million in the year 2001. Sold and closed out in a golf course community in Humble, Texas from the $250’s to the $500’s.

Key Accomplishments:

• Closed out communities that existing New Home Consultants were not able to close-out, and each community was closed 4 to 6 months ahead of the projected date

• Changed the Renaissance Collection from a product that was losing money to one with "excellent margins"

Marketed homes in the Northwest Houston area ranging in price from $140’s to the $350’s. Key Accomplishments:
