*These referred cases were more often than not complex, challenging and slow

to resolve. I directed and provided care that resulted in increased likelihood of

reaching maximum therapeutic benefit.

- Maintained and completed thorough, accurate and timely medical records and

documentation consistent with VA Northern Indiana Health Care System standards.

- Prescribed and administered high quality, medically necessary care including

chiropractic osseous manipulation, instrument assisted chiropractic manipulation,

emphasizing functional movements, post-surgical/post-injury rehabilitation, postural

substances and improve overall quality of life.

- Ordered and interpreted diagnostic studies to evaluate underlying musculoskeletal

condition and rule out various pathologies, including but not limited to X-Ray, MRI and

CT.
