To whom it may concern:

I am applying for the position of Chaplain. I have heard so much about Vitas and I have researched your organization and the position. My experience meets your requirements. I have both hospice and hospital experience and I appreciate their difference and their similarities.

I am people oriented and that is one of the reasons, among many that I pursued the profession of chaplain and clergy. I like working in teams because there is not I in team. Each participant offers their expertise to the compassionate care of the patient and family.

I appreciate that the organization focusing on growth and education. I have read many of the articles that I have found on the internet. Thank you for those; they have proved beneficial.

I look forward to speaking with you in person to further explore the possibilities.

Sincerely,

The Rev. Carolyn Legg
