2/07-8/07 IWS Moody LLC Moody, AL

Site Manager, responsible for all of the previously mentioned items of the Contract Manager with the added responsibility of coordinating and implementing the startup of an in-house lumping service adding 60 associates to the facility and the unloading and loading of 40,000 tires per day.

11/06-2/07 TNT Logistics NA Michelin Contract 1208 Moody, AL.

Contract Manager, responsible for the Moody facility, with $6 million annual revenue, and long-term and short-term strategic business planning, coordinating, and implementation, P&L performance including weekly projections, forecasting, and budget preparations, gross margin and revenue, implementing Standardized Processes throughout the facility. Constantly striving to reduce costs to the client while optimizing revenue and profits for the company.

9/03-11/06 TNT Logistics NA Michelin Contract 1208 Moody, AL.

Assistant Contract Manager, responsible for the initial start up and daily operations of a 600,000 sq./ft. Michelin tire warehouse located in Moody, AL including staffing, Material handling equipment, building maintenance, quality processes, and inventory. Responsible for the inbound receipt, warehousing, and shipment of Michelin tires throughout the world. Functioned as the Contract Manager in his absence.

7/00-9/03 TNT Logistics NA Goodyear Wingfoot Contract 065 Stockbridge, GA.

Contract Manager, responsible for the routing, shipment, and delivery of Goodyear tires from the Southeast Tire Distribution Center. Accountable for all assets, and for the profitability of TNT 065, a 2.5 million dollar revenue location. Responsible for DOT compliance of 13 CDL drivers. Exemplary delivery performance to Goodyear tire customers. TNT Honors recipient in 2001.

Progressive responsibilities were Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Assistant Contract Manager. Managed the operation of the Ford JIT Warehouse for CTI and Ford Motor Company.
