PSC Security
Director Of Security
Southpark Meadows
Austin, Texas 78747
Dear sir,
This letter is to better explain the reason for my accident on 22 November, 2022
while driving my security route as an employee of PSC Security in SouthPark Meadows in Austin, Texas.
I was covering the back of stories PSC is tasked to provide security, and while checking these
areas, at less than 10 mph, I inspect the loading docks and all vehicles that are parked in these
area. I further watch for home less personnel in this area. It was a clear day, and there were
no factors that caused this accident…It was just an accident.
I am very happy and appreciate this opportunity for employment. I am always early to report
for my work shift, and always make a real effort to present an outstanding appearance. I have informed
my supervisitor that since I live so close to the work site I can report for duty in less than 10 minutes if
any one fails to report for duty,
To show my willingness to preform above what is normally expected, I have purchased gas for our company
our companyvehicle, and once even used my privately owned vehicle to patrol our area of respondable once.
I request to be reinstated back to my normal duties.
Thanking you in advance for your consideration.
