Administers the Nonconforming Material system and Reporting program, including the tracking of all rejected materials from initiation through disposition and rework, to disposal and/or release. Manages / oversees Reliability and Reproducibility studies. Formulates and maintains quality control objectives related to gage calibration and Nonconforming Material System complementary to NPNA policies and goals. Interprets quality control philosophy to key personnel in organization. Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

Responsible for conformity to product requirements and has the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems

Interacts with Safety and Training to assure all qualified associates actively follows the company Safety

& Health Policy Manual.
