●The CSI Connect internship program is an initiative that exposes college students in underserved Jacksonville communities to professional training and hands-on experience, positioning them for lucrative jobs in the technology industry.
●Managed a cohort of interns for 12 weeks.
●Oversaw $500K budget and tracked expenses.
●Monitored progress of programs, using and applying programming documents, program directives, funding documents and other program material.
●Addressed and resolved technical, financial and operational concerns by working with team members and board of directors.
●Orchestrated the renovation of a $300K tech lab for a local high school. This tech lab will serve as a technology hub for students to come learn, experience, and experiment with all things IT.

●Organized the production and broadcasting of virtual graduations for 40 schools with a total of 7,432 graduates.
