San Antonio Fire Fighter Academy Railway Safety: This project was for the City of San Antonio which was a building pad for a portable building and concrete curbs & sidewalks and parking lot I was the project manager and superintendent ( HBT Enterprise, Inc )

Bob Hall Pier: This project was for Nueces County Park it was to add on to the existing kitchen which meant working on the beach it had 10 pile that we had to drive into the sand then suspend the form by the uses of clamp for the concrete, with 10 more columns on top of the slab with a roof and 8 hurricane shutter that would coil backup if the winds got above 60 mhr. T&W Tires: This project was a new 50’ x 80’ metal building and interior renovation building some new rooms and supporting the purlins for cable trays. ( HBT Enterprise, Inc )

Bush’s Chicken: We did the site work and all of the site concrete and building, framed and sheetrock, painted, ceiling grid and the finish carpentry. ( HBT Enterprise, Inc )

Great Northwest Branch Library: This project was for the City of San Antonio it was to renovated existing library and add on about 3000 sqft this was a suspend slab with a steel structure, rock exterior with some wall and a parking lot. (3TI,Inc )

McCreless Library Improvements: This project was for the City of San Antonio that involved excavating of the soil under the suspended slab so that air can flow under the building and demo some existing concrete sidewalks and reinstalling them, seal coat and strip the parking lot (3TI,Inc)

Westwood Terrance Pool This project was for the City of San Antonio it was to renovated the pool house and change out the pool filters and piping. (3TI,Inc )

O.P. Schnabel: This project was for the City of San Antonio it was two monument signs which had two concrete footing and concrete wall for the stone to be applied to with the sign and reconstructed the road and a gates and landscaping. (3TI,Inc )

Airport Parking Garage: This project was at the San Antonio airport it involved demo the existing skylight that cover the walk from when U left the airport to the parking garage under the street we then put back a structure steel with a metal roof, the steel had to be install with a crane by shutting down part the street where they departed and arrived for 4 hours to hang steel. River Walk: This project was for the City of San Antonio that which involved demo of the existing stairs bring the debris up to the street level and hauling it off, drilling two piers on the river bank, install concrete beam so that the structure steel can be installed, install rock and flag stone, sand blast the concrete piers, install concrete on top of the steel, paint the steel and handrail (3TI,Inc )

New Border Patrol Station: This project was for the Corp of Engineers that involved a new building with a sally port, detention center, new office, dog kennel, fueling station, and a lager parking lot all on a 10 acre site in Laredo, Tx ( Project manager and Superintendent )

Combs Warehouse: This project was with the Corp of Engineers at Randolph AFB on the flight line it was a new building that had a metal building on it with a stucco finish, metal roof, some offices inside, and concrete paving. ( Sedona: Project manager & QC )

Kelly AFB: I have done a lot of projects when it was the old Kelly AFB from the renovating the base gym, new metal building on the flight line, restroom renovations in several building, renovating the Visit Airman Quarters 3 floors, and the Visiting Officers Quarters 3 floors too.
