I was an inbound CSR. As a CSR we were provider of legal and business services as well as financial institutions such as Wells Fargo. With my time with Epiq Global I worked with Wells Fargo to answer any question small businesses had with their accounts and checks being sent out to them and handled any high profile cases. I was a CaptionCall agent. I conducted captions for the heard of hearing customers. CaptionCall is a captioned telephone service that lets you talk on the phone while a live agent is repeating the captions of what the other person is saying. This service helps many people with hearing loss understand conversations more easily and effectively over the telephone. It allows the customer to have a smooth conversation over the phone to reduce any misunderstandings or miscommunications, including making your everyday phone calls.

I am an outbound CSR I conducted chart retrieval requests on a recorded line to obtain medical records on behalf of multiple health plans. I had the ability to fax information to the local offices and send field techs to go into the offices to retrieve charts. I helped our costumers find convenient ways to send in medical record charts and provided them with multiple ways to make sending charts in easier for our costumers. I carefully documented every information given to me and included multiple notes for the agents to refer to.

I was an inbound CSR. I conducted cruise sales around the world and worked with 5+ cruise lines. I had the ability to book cruises for our customers and helped with any issue our customers would have. I help find customers a cabin to fit their needs and special requests and give them the best promotions.
