Responsible for rebuilding the tennis programs and recruiting general memberships. Programs grew from 4 junior players to well over seventy in the Junior Tennis Academy.
Director of Tennis – Country Club Hotel & Spa 2003 – 2000
Responsible for the operations of largest tennis resort in the Midwest including four indoor and twelve outdoor courts including three clay courts.
Director of Tennis – Four Seasons Health Club/Woodlake Athletic Club 2000-2003
Responsible for all tennis related activities. On court instruction, promotions, contract time, leagues, court sheets, billing, staffing, maintenance, tournaments special events and newsletter. Currently the tennis staff consists of a head pro, two staff pros and four associate pros.

9-4 (6-1 in league) MAC Commonwealth League Champions. Team went from three wins in two years to conference champions. Recruiting and hard work of 11 freshmen and a senior elevated Juniata College to a respectable 18 national ranking.
