Nordstrom EBAR March 2018- March 2020/ Sep. 2020-Now I started as a barista and I am currently one of the assistant managers. Throughout the day I put my best foot forward in actively supporting the baristas and the efficiency in the bar. When I'm not on the floor, I am responsible for creating the weekly schedules, taking care of our daily/weekly ordering, as well as invoices, and other day to day managerial tasks.
Nordstrom December 2016- March 2018 I worked as a Sales Person in the Brass Plum department. My responsibilities included helping customers navigate the floor with ease, setting up fitting rooms, and ensuring the customer found what they were looking for, and left with a smile on their face. I was also in charge of all the denim in our department, so I merchandised it how I saw fit.
Better Buzz Coffee August 2015-June 2016 I worked as a Key Holder. My responsibilities were to ensure the store was opened/closed properly. I had been trained to work on the bar, make the food, as well as work with a drive through/ café register, all while ensuring the team ran smoothly. I have also been trained to do latte art.
Islands January 2015- December 2015 I worked as a bar back. I was in charge of cleaning the bars glasses, restocking the necessary items such as garnishes, liquors, Ice, etc. I helped in whatever manner I could to ensure everything ran smoothly and time efficiently.
