Fully accountable for all CEO broadcasting and media workflows between Creative Services, Staging Group, and marketing agencies.

Managed a combined annual CAPEX and OPEX budget of $1.4 Million.

Spearheaded a two-year $2.7 Million technology overhaul of Corporate Communications infrastructure that was conceived, approved, and implemented. This involved a new five-site SONET, a rebuilt MDF, a new Genset, and a new 128 x 128 video routing core.

Integrated a Grass Valley ViBE (Harmonic) video transport system over SONET, allowing for world-class video transport between five locations at very low latency.

Thirty-two retiring CAD systems slated for recycling were repurposed as an After Effects render farm. The no-cost project profoundly yielded new creative freedom for video editors by minimizing video rendering time across nine post-production suites.
