Obtain capillary samples through capillary puncture for hematocrit and hemoglobin (H&H) analysis, H&H testing using micro-hematocrit and hematron, determine vein suitability for venipuncture collectoons, perform venipuncture using 14 gauge needle and maintain working knowledge of the Hemodynamic machinery to troubleshoot any errors while the donor is in the process of their procedure. Acquire sample collections for testing using straight needles or butterflies. Ability to convey all pertinent information to the donor ranging from the necessity of test collecting and/or follow-up care prior to donating
