As a floor supervisor I directed a team of 40 to ensure that all mail was being placed in the right locations, that sorting was being completed correctly to ensure satisfactory delivery; as well as completing all reports.
My team unloaded sacks, tubs, and trays of mail into and out of aircraft containers from 5 ft. to 8 ft. high.
Sorting was to be completed as well as labeling, packaging and routing; which had to be done in a timely and accurate manner.
