ABSTRACTING, SMITH BROTHERS ABSTRACT

I started out making deliveries as a courier and drove for Smith Brothers for several years. I made the transition into clerical after deciding that I wanted to learn something different and see what other opportunities were available. Since then, I have learned several different tasks including: Scanning and uploading digital abstracts, ordering certified copies of court documents from the court house, researching and obtaining copies of Covenants for customers, and anything that I am asked to do.

1997 – TO JANUARY 2002

DETAILER, TRANSPORTATION LEASING

Detailed the cars being leased out and completed the routine maintenance -including changing oil and fluids. I am very detail oriented, so this was a great learning experience that allowed me to put my skills to good use.
