Project Management ( 9 Years)

Blast Furnace-2 (Capacity: 4.5 MTPA, India’s Largest Blast Furnace) Project.

Comprehensive experience in planning, erection & commissioning, organizing and managing project activities in coordination with consultant, engineers, manufacturers, contractors and all inter disciplines.

1.Facilitate engineering and operational data to consultant for preparing procurement specification & review specification.

2.Evaluate technical offer/bids, details technical discussion & improvement suggestion and finalization.

3.Scrutiny of vendor drawings (P&ID, GA, IGA, bill of material (BOM), schematic diagram, wiring diagram, cable schedule, loop wiring, interconnection diagram, instrument hook-up etc.) and approval of electrical, instrumentation and automation drawing.

4.Equipment erection, testing & commissioning (33 KV sub-station, up to 80 MVA transformer, 58 MW Sync. Motor etc.).

5.Preparation project plan & report, progress review with contractor and decide priorities of jobs to complete project on time.

6.2.5 MVA 6.6 KV and 2.0 MVA 415 Volt DG set installation.

7.2 x 150 KVA, 2 x 100 KVA, 2 x 60 KVA, 2 x40 KVA UPS installation.

Blast Furnace-1 Capacity Enhancement EPC Project (Push & Pull single block method by NIPPON Technology first time in India & 1st time in the world at such a scale of 10000 Ton).

1.Evaluate technical offer/bids, details technical discussion & improvement suggestion and finalization.

2.Equipment erection, testing & commissioning (33 KV sub-station, 50 MVA transformer etc.).
