To whom it may concern,

Mike Guerra would make an outstanding Manager/Account Manager. As an airman that I supervised in the 129th Rescue Wing, he had many accomplishments. Mr. Guerra assisted me in developing and enforcing the first Random Anti-terrorism Measures for the 129th Air Rescue Wing, required by the United States Air Force and the Department of Defense. He assisted me with advising command staff on all aspects of the plan, implementation, and operational status. In addition, he was a liaison for the Emergency Operation Center for all hazard response training and as a certifier for the Security Forces Armory, weapons, ammunition, explosives, and equipment.

As a Security Forces member, he was an experienced patrolman with over 15 years of experience. I knew if Mr. Guerra was patrolling our sectors that our resources would be safe and secure. I was completely confident that he would handle any situation professionally and impartially. Mr. Guerra took pride in his career and ensured that his peers were up-to-date with their training. He took his instructor responsibilities seriously. He created and instructed classes supporting the Global War on Terror and other military contingency operations by conducting training and evaluating exercises.

Mr. Guerra is a true professional who personifies the Air Force core values - Integrity, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do. As his former supervisor I appreciated his contributions and can-do attitude and it was an honor to serve with him.

Mike Guerra would be a valued asset to any organization that he belongs to.

If you need more information, I can be reached at 916-***-**** or via email at adtw4m@r.postjobfree.com.
