Underwrite changes to policy in accordance with FEMA guidelines.

Provide professional and accurate details with agents regarding processing of flood policies.

Follow rating guidelines to correctly rate policies based on their elevations as provided by certified elevation certificates.

Assist with special projects as assigned by management including but not limited to act as a personal contact for high volume agencies, and creating templates, letters, trackers, and spreadsheets used by the customer service and underwriting departments and training.

Assist with Agency Services password resets, adding producers and answering agent questions.

Review and re-write auto estimates based on damage.
