The best part of my job as an Activity Director is interacting with the residents whether dancing being silly or just finding their inner enjoyments of life. It makes my day to see them smile, especially one whom rarely does. I do posses strong public relation skills .Often have visited public schools and spoke to them about hem not having to feel uncomfortable visiting Nursing Homes, and to also volunteer.
