•Gathered and analyzed data per Chairman of Radiation Oncology’s requests as it related to revenue, quality of care, and compliance of staff.

•Hired, trained, and ensured the continuing competence of Radiation Therapists and Clerical Staff.

•Managed staff and day-to-day operations, created/modified policies and procedures as needed, and reconciled all technical and professional charges.

•Successfully managed the purchase and conversion from a multi-vendor department to a sole Varian paperless environment. As Data Administrator, built the Test environment as well as Production, working closely with multiple Varian personnel; trained staff resulting in a paperless EMR (electronic medical records).

•Partnered directly with multiple divisions of Information Services to build the Billing interfaces out of Aria to Cerner, RCX Billing Solutions and APM (Alternative Payment Model) and performed all testing.

•Coordinated and negotiated capital purchases and installations of equipment and associated construction costs, hardware/software and supplies, and prepared associated Business Plans.
