Executing and overseeing the overall quality operations regarding all projects associated with Teamcam. Manage and schedule all stages of the construction project, including, the planning, the delegating, instillation and maintaining of the paved surfaces. Manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize to meet established goals, deadlines, material, and labor budgets. Recommend different techniques to improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, final product quality and crew performance for each project.

Senior Superintendent/Operations Manager Pavement Corporation Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the field operations and administration. Directly oversee the costs associated with the company to include special projects associated with key client requests. Schedule and manage all aspects of the construction from the planning stage, instillation and maintaining of the paved surfaces.
