It Contains multifunction sites with big buildings containing more than (110) commercial shops, (60) prayers mosque and cafeteria with many sunshedes, in addition to big harbor with quay wall. With internal roads and walkways with rest places and parking with many types of toilet groups, in addition to substation and gardens.

My duties are to coordinate between Client, Contractor and other concerned Departments such as: ADWEA, ETISALAT, Civil Defense, SPA, ADDC...etc.

Check and approve shop drawings which are submitted by Contractor before passing them to the concerned Department for final approval.

Study and approve the Electrical Material submittal before passing them to the concerned Department for final approval.

Supervise all electrical works which contain conduiting, wiring, cabling and fixing MDB, SMDB, FDB and all excavation of cable

routs, and fixing any needed truncking and cable trays with all extra work, such as sleeves and manholes, also fixing switches and sockets and light fitting and luminaries, also fixing the 30.5 high mast pole with all works need such as cables, panels, distribution board regarding to the regulation for ADDC. And also my works contain testing and commissioning when needed. In addition to liaise with the other works such as mechanical, Civil and architectural engineering.
