As part of the Princeton PennChart Implementation project, assisted in the creation of training materials for the following Princeton PennChart classes: Behavioral Health Patient Access (Inpatient) Behavioral Health Intake and Scheduling (Outpatient), Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Benefit Verification. Provided the education of all Behavioral Health patient access, scheduling, utilization management and benefit verification classes in preparation for go-live. Currently, provide continued support for multiple aspects of the front end revenue cycle processes for all Behavioral Health units within Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Provide training as needed for new Princeton House staff in regards to patient access both inpatient and outpatient, utilization management and benefit verification. As part of the Princeton PennChart Implementation project, was responsible for performing in-depth analysis of data collection, workflow analysis, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. Investigated end user preferences, analyzed business operations and prioritized requests when making implementation and configuration decisions. Performed system validation and assessment of workflow changes that were required for implementation. Assisted end users with troubleshooting problems and answering questions regarding system build.
