10/2019-2/2020 Hotel Connections, Miami, FL for Hawaiian Airlines, Honolulu, HI – CREW SCHEDULING/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Worked at the corporate offices of Hawaiian Airlines near the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Completed and confirmed hotel stays and transportation to and from the airport for the crew members of Hawaiian Airlines (pilots, co-pilots, flight attendants, mechanics, etc.). Used new software to enter data into system. Paid for hotel stays if necessary. Confirmed bookings with hotels, transportation companies, and travel agents.

05/2018-08/2018 Community Empowerment Resources, Honolulu, HI

FIELD CASE MANAGER. Worked from a list of members who dropped out of the program for their medications, therapy, mail, case management, etc. Once the former client was contacted, an appointment was made to meet and sign consent forms, do a Behavioral Assessment and a LOCUS score. Once completed, the data is entered into our database for others to see and use. I would be a temporary case manager until a permanent one was assigned to the customer. Used own vehicle to meet with our members. Canvassed the Ala Moana, Kakaako and Chinatown areas. Worked with the Joint Outreach Center and the IHS Outreach Caseworkers.
