Interface directly with manufacturing, engineering, and corporate representatives to help resolve complex quality, process, or safety defects. Create and train standard operating procedures for the setup and maintenance of assembly equipment. Champion process improvement in assigned areas though rigorous data analysis (MTBF, Corrective Maintenance, sources of waste, etc.) and root cause analysis.

Responsible to assure validation protocols are followed according to OQ/PQ test plans. Energize and evaluate team's performance to give tools and guidance to them to allow best results. Manage attendance, performance, morale, and training. During this time reduced line stops from over 100 per day to 26 per day and raised process reliability from 70% to 89%. Other responsibilities included obtaining quotes, ordering parts and supplies, line and department master planning, maintaining 90 day plan to support masterplan, maintain M&R and OT budgets, 6S and safety direction.

Early Manufacturing's representative during design and build of new product line. Worked with engineering during design phase and vendor during build phase. Oversaw VAT and ensured vendor targets were met. Developed technology training and transfer package and managed the training process. Learned and developed many new systems, including ultrasonic welding, new platform design and others. Preformed safety, readiness, and process reliability checks and forecasts. This was one of the most successful launch in Gillette history for which I received the CEO award.
