Implement the EPC contractor's procurement management and monitoring process, which includes phased release of vendor lists (including vendor evaluation and pro-qualification), technical bid evaluation, and award recommendations.

Perform/participate in the functional cycle for direct procurement such as pre-qualification of potential bidders, preparation of documents required for approval of procurement strategies, bidder lists, and bid evaluation.
