Present Worked History:

Working with Vector Electro-Mechanical Co. WLL Doha as a “QA/QC Engineer- Electrical for their ongoing - QATAR ARMED FORCES Dukhan Project, Doha, Qatar since Feb 2022 to till date. Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing the Installation Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request and Testing and commissioning inspection request with attaching approved drawings & other Approved supporting documents.

Doing Internal Inspection before offering Inspection request & Material request to the Consultant & ensuring all electrical installation is done as per approved drawings

& other approved supporting documents before offering inspection to the consultant.

Monitoring the daily routine quality of site installation and advising to the construction team to take a Necessary Action.

To avoid any Non-Conformity/Observation Reports from the Consultant informing to the concerned site People through raising internal non-conformity report and conduct a quality of training weekly to site team make MEP Team to understand the value of the quality works.

To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.

Working with Parsons International Limited as a “Inspector Electrical for their ongoing Doha SEEF Lusail Development Project, Doha, Qatar since July 2019 to November 2021. Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting the Electrical Engineer/Construction manager/QA/QC Managers in performing the contractual duties on site.

Review the ITP, MST, Shop drawings etc. assigned by the Electrical Engineer, preparing comment sheet for the submittals, and provide the technical feedback to the Engineers.

Ensure at site performance of the work in strict accordance with the Project plans and specifications and as per local authority.

Daily verify the submittal, IRs, MIRs received through Aconex though email from the main contractor to respond immediately as per schedule.

Daily monitoring the contractors works at site & Communicating with the Main contractor QA/QC, Construction engineers & Managers regarding inspections, Progress, and quality of works to follow the Project specification, design, approved shop drawings, MST, ITP, QCS, QCDD, NFPA etc

Attending weekly quality & Progress site walk with Client/Main contractor and management.

Issue NCR, Observation report, to the main contractor if violated the Projects standards and project specifications Etc.

For closing NCR, Observation report etc. to verify at site for closure.

Attending Installation inspection, Material inspection and testing and commissioning inspection with main contractor and giving approvals & rejections based on the approved documents, Proper test reports and procedures, completed and in- complete installations, violating ITP, MST, QCS, Kahramma & Project quality procedures etc. and respond through Aconex for approvals & Rejections.

Issue the punch list/Snag list to the main contractors after completion of all testing and commissioning inspections and for closure of the snag/Punch list re-verify after rectification by the main contractor.

Be fair and firm in dealings with the Contractor. Consider alternatives and consequences carefully before making decisions.

Issue instructions to the Foreman in Charge of the work and do not argue with the Contractor or his representatives.

Inspect all electrical & ELV works and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.

Follow-up with the contractor and support in coordinating with the utility authority regarding connections whenever required.

Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect electrical & ELV materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.

Prepare/complete the necessary documentation prior to inspection of the Works and process accordingly following completion of the inspection.

Ensure that safety critical aspects of the project are identified and actively addressed.

Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the construction supervision works and monitors it for improvement.

Assist Electrical engineer & review the as built drawings, Hand overs documents, O & M to hand over the project successfully.
