Tracked personnel's movements to and from the Forward Operating Base, FOB Warrior, to different bases in the Area of Operations. Provided daily briefings to senior leadership on information that was essential to mission accomplishments and equipment statuses. Became qualified as the Small Arms Proficiency Instructor for the company, which led to development of classes and ranges to help increase the efficiency and safety of our Soldiers on ranges and as well as real world exposure.

For 18 weeks all areas of training that were required by TRADOC were initiated at my level. Area's that were covered was Advanced Rifle Marksmanship (ARM), Convoy and Dismounted Operations, Cultural Awareness, Equal Opportunity, First Aid Training, and a ten-day field exercise. Soldiers were always monitored for their care and welfare while in AIT. It was not uncommon to work up to 15 hours a day during this time but being there for the Soldier was motivating.
