Served as part time server and part time
bartender, providing excellent service to a
mixed clientele. 100 bottle wine list, all
southern Italian, with an emphasis on Taurasi
and Etna Rosso. Also an emphasis on Italian
Amari, with 25+ selections.

Served as full-time bartender, providing great
service to a mixed clientele. Worked with a
400+ bottle wine list, and a 20+ craft cocktail
menu.

Curated the cocktail menu and the wine list;
house made shrubs, bitters, and syrups were
my responsibility.
