Over 20 years of guest service in the food &

beverage industry. I have gained excellent

wine, food, cocktails, and spirits knowledge in

my time in this field. I also possess great

attention to detail as well as multi-tasking and

organizational skills.

EXPERIENCE

COPERTA – Denver, CO 2020 - 2022

Served as part time server and part time

bartender, providing excellent service to a

mixed clientele. 100 bottle wine list, all

southern Italian, with an emphasis on Taurasi

and Etna Rosso. Also an emphasis on Italian

Amari, with 25+ selections.

THE OCEANAIRE SEAFOOD ROOM –

Denver, CO 2019 - 2020

Served as full-time bartender, providing great

service to a mixed clientele. Worked with a

400+ bottle wine list, and a 20+ craft cocktail

menu.

THE WOODEN TABLE – Greenwood Village,

CO 2016 – 2019

Served as full time bartender, providing

excellent service to mostly regular clientele.

Curated the cocktail menu and the wine list;

house made shrubs, bitters, and syrups were

my responsibility.
