EXPERIENCES IN MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

During my 21 years of military service, I have been held various key Command, Staff and Instructor appointments in the Army Headquarters, Regiment and Training Institutions. As an Officer Commanding of Mechanized Infantry Battalion, I have the experience and knowledge in handling and been responsible for large amounts of public funds such as the salary, allowances, ration and training requirements of soldiers. I have experience in commanding, leading, controlling, administrating men and maintaining affiliated equipment. As the Officer Commanding, I was responsible and capable of motivating and maintaining the moral of officers and men in my command while leading them into battle, thus undertaking many arduous missions while supervising and providing them with all aspects of logistics such as food, accommodations, clothing, transport and welfare needs too.

As a staff officer in the Army Headquarter branches, I have the experience and knowledge of handling and been responsible of all staff work, large number of financial votes, workout procurement procedures.
