Assisting the Manager/General Manager in the preparation of the Tender from the Beginning stage to till the Submission.

Details study of the scope of Tender Drawing, Schedule equipment, Quantity take-off, and Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Electrical Equipment in Excel sheet for lump sum projects as per principle of international codes, measurements, Projects duration Scheduling.

Electrical load estimation, Design as per the International & local Standard, Electrical Equipment’s Selection And sizing and Protection (Transformer, Generator, Cable, UPS), Earthling cable as per the Load analysis

Guidance to prepare lighting layouts, Power layout, Load schedule, Single Line Diagram, and the related Engineering calculation like Panel Board Circuit and Main Distribution Board Circuit, Breaker Size Selection.

Making Site surveys for Upcoming Projects

Work Details During the Construction (Duties & Responsibilities)

Sound Exposure in Electrical power load calculation and all Electrical installation of PVC conduit bus bar with taps off cable tray and feeder cables, Panel boards Electrical MDB Earthling and lightning arrestor system, Lighting, and power with looping.

Supervision of installation of Firefighting & fire alarm items as per standard norms.

Attend project meetings, site progress, and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the Project manager/GM.

Advise on long lead MEP items that may affect the progress of the works.

Project reporting to Project Manager & General Manager, Site coordination, Client Meeting.

Monitor the quality of the Contractor’s construction installations & ensure that daily progress reports are produced with regards to MEP works.

Provide advice to the Project Director regarding any MEP services-related variation costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the works.

Good Knowledge of low voltage systems like CCTV, speakers, DATA, Telephone networks, and Fire Alarm systems.

Supervisions of installation and monitoring, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems like Electrical Installation, Plumbing, and HVAC (Duct Installation, Chiller, AHU, Split Ac Installation).

BMS complete Electrical & Low current system as per compliance with the plan, Shop drawing, Specification, Standards, and schedule
