ABOUT ME: I am a diligent and hard working engineer, and have experience to pass along to future engineers. A strong knowledge of math and engineering, and the willingness to share it. Owner of 3 patents, one with Lord Corporation and two with Paulstra CRC. I co-authored an SAE paper in 1984 entitled "Hydraulic Mount Characteristics", and gave a speech at Cobo Hall in Detroit. Knowledge on both the theory and operation of hydraulic engine mounts and torsional crankshaft dampers from a 3 month study period in Weinheim, West Germany with Freudenberg Megulastic, back in 1981. My management experience spans 15 years. I was responsible for the budgets, salaries, hiring, and termination. I was the voice of the engineering community and responsible to our customers, and our corporate officers.

Knowledge of Microsoft Software: Excel, Word, etc. Versed in both ProE for 6 years and SolidWorks for 8 years. I think in 3D and these programs describe my designs.

I have made some formidable accomplishments in my career. My biggest career accomplishment was the managing of engineering groups for two different companies. Developing the team, while maintaining a professional environment and meeting budget and salary requirements. I believe in following HR procedures and corporate policies, and being fair to the people who reported to me. I was always a working manager and along with those responsibilities, I had my own engineering programs or projects to perform. During my career, I introduced Hydromounts to Ford, Chrysler, GMC and all its divisions, and even to AMC back in 1984. Designed the first 4 cylinder torsional crankshaft damper in the US for GM in 1985. Assisted in the building of a new hydromount facility for Freudenberg in Ligonier, IN, and designed their engineering lab test facility. Managed and assisted the building of Cooper Standard Technical Center, and orchestrated the lab layout construction on blueprints which was built per my design. I made a programmable hydromount for Lord. Corp. Acquired GM business at Paulstra CRC, and back engineered aerospace vibration components for SKF Aerospace. At ContiTech, purchased lab test equipment for vibration control items and worked on, or supervised numerous vibration control projects.

If I missed anything, please ask me. I look forward to future discussions.
